At my peak performance, despite my hard work and efforts to win in the workplace, I felt exhausted and weary of corporate conformity. Stuck in a cycle, I harbored self-doubt, playing a solo game. Trying to control everything led to repeated defeat and disappointment. In 2017, aged 40, I faced:
